High Heels!


The forefoot refers to the bones, soft tissues of the toes. Forefoot can withstand half of person's body weight in normal stance

Wearing high heels can increase the load to about 75% which causes strain on soft tissues(muscles, tendons, ligaments)

In long term it can lead to

- Postural and gait abnormalities

- Heel and toes injuries

- Ankle sprain
